Send your plan so far to S4IS. You can keep working on it after you send it.

Your choices stay on this page until you save. When you send, your plan goes to Stephen Best at S4IS and a copy comes to your email. Please leave student names and other student information out of your plan. You can delete your plan at any time.

Sending opens the S4IS plan form in a new tab with your plan filled in. Check it and press Send my plan there. The form holds a short version of your plan; download the Word file from the plan panel to keep the full plan.
